Setting your vision

We start with a consultation to explore how VetLaunch can support your vision. Together, we’ll discuss suitable areas and site locations based on things like local demographics, pet ownership and level of competition.

Designing your practice

Once we've found the right site, we help manage the design and build. We'll make sure the space is large enough to grow with you and set up with the equipment and infrastructure you need from day one.

Building your team

We’ll help you recruit a core team ready for launch and ensure your practice is well staffed as you grow. By planning ahead, we can begin shaping the right team and culture for long-term success.

Creating your brand

We’ll guide you through the ins and outs of marketing. From creating a strong brand to setting up a website, running ad campaigns and hosting open days — we’ll help you spread the word and reach local pet owners.

Growing your business

After launch, we’ll continue to help establish bestpractice systems — from buying groups and wholesalers to online booking systems and AI integration. All the behind-the-scenes operations that can make your business more efficient.

Stepping back and letting you fly

Once the practice breaks even, we’ll make you official co-owners. This means it’s now your business. We’ll still be here to support you with monthly meetings and guidance on everything from purchasing new equipment and growing the practice.
